Fully automatic cartridge type filtration device "Clean Aqua" has five features that provide the best cost performance in pool facilities for all purposes such as school pools, public pools, fitness clubs, and leisure pools.

5 major features of "Clean Aqua"

  1. Minimum amount of backwash
    By backwashing with air, backwashing is possible with about 50% of the displacement of conventional filtering systems.
  2. Highest filtration accuracy
    A high-performance filter (nominal filtration accuracy of 3 μm) is used to capture SS.
  3. The most compact outer shape
    Installation space can be reduced by the unitized vertical cartridge structure.
  4. Easy maintenance
    No chemicals such as diatomaceous earth or flocculants are used, so there is no troublesome chemical replenishment work.
  5. The easiest construction
    The equipment is small and unitized, and does not require any special skills for loading and installation.

The condition of the cartridge surface during air backwashing

"Clean Aqua" removes dirt from the filter surface and discharges it by air backwashing for about 10 seconds every 2 to 3 hours of continuous filtration operation. Unlike backwashing with swimming pool water, it compresses air in the atmosphere. Since the backwash is performed by backwashing, the amount of backwashing water is less than about 50% of that of the conventional filtration device, which is very economical. In addition, the amount of discharge per time is extremely small and it does not contain chemicals such as diatomaceous soil and flocculants. It is possible to drain water to septic tanks, and it is ideal for areas where there is no sewerage facility or where you want to reduce the drainage load.

The figure below shows the removal rate by particle size by the actual pool. Removes 60% or more of particles of 5 μm or less. 80% or more of particles larger than 5 μm are removed.
