In addition to the filtration device integrated with the side wall of the pools, the smart aqua structure also integrates the circulation piping around the pool. The risk of water leakage is greatly reduced. Therefore, there is no need for an emergency shutoff valve, which is generally required as a measure to prevent the outflow of pool water.

The filtering systems integrated with the poolside wall uses a metal cartridge filter and succeeds in downsizing the filtration tank. Compact design that can effectively use the pit space at the bottom of the poolside. The work required for daily maintenance can be done from the poolside.

Filtration operation optimization

We have developed the optimum arrangement of the circulation nozzle and the filtering systems by simulation by fluid analysis. The circulation duct header method that integrates the circulation pipe with the pool body ensures a stable flow rate with little pressure change of each nozzle. The purpose is to equalize the residual chlorine concentration, which is indispensable for ensuring water quality.

Deep filtration (commonly known as depth filter) is the mainstream of conventional cartridge filters, and the filtration accuracy is lower than that of the sand filtration method, and used filters are generally disposable. Smart Aqua uses a metal cartridge that features surface filtration (commonly known as a surface filter). It has been spray-cleaned to enable long-term use.

SMART SYSTEM

Automatically detects abnormal water quality and operating status of the device and transfers it to the cloud server. It can be managed on a PC or smartphone screen. Since the data can be viewed by our maintenance team at the same time as the pool manager, the initial response in the event of an abnormality or failure will proceed smoothly.
